İmbat Launches a New Era of “Verified Performance” with the Perseus Rooftop Series

İmbat introduced its new Perseus Rooftop series, developed around high efficiency and performance values certified to international standards, to HVAC professionals at an exclusive launch event held at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent Hotel on 7 April 2026.

Bringing together engineers, mechanical designers and investors, the event marked the beginning of a new chapter where Turkish engineering expertise meets globally recognised standards.

Experience from the Past, Vision for the Future

Opening the event, İmbat Marketing Manager Esra Gümrükcüler shared the company’s future vision, shaped by the strength of its long-standing industry experience.

Gümrükcüler highlighted İmbat’s determination to evolve beyond being solely a manufacturer and continue its transformation into an engineering and technology development centre.

She also outlined the company’s strategic objectives and its innovation-led position within the international HVAC industry.

Engineering Detail and Technical Excellence

Sedef Mahyacı, Domestic Sales and Product Development Director, presented the engineering principles and technical details behind the performance of the Perseus Rooftop series.

Featuring technologies including asymmetric compressor management, double-skin casing and F-Gas compliance, Perseus raises sustainable comfort standards in commercial HVAC applications.

Its strong Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) performance combines decades of İmbat manufacturing experience with a new-generation engineering approach, offering a durable system designed to reduce operating costs.

Developed with a focus on excellence at every stage from design to manufacturing, Perseus eliminates uncertainty in project planning through independently verified performance data.

Reference Projects and Broad Application Flexibility

Recep Doğan, Domestic Business Development Director, presented the real-world performance of the Perseus Rooftop series through key reference projects.

The series provides flexible climate-control solutions for a wide variety of applications, including shopping centres, industrial facilities, cinemas, large office buildings and logistics centres.

Its modular architecture enables the system to adapt easily to different capacity requirements, accelerating implementation in challenging installation environments while providing long-term operational reliability.

Data obtained from completed projects further demonstrates the system’s measurable benefits in both energy savings and operational efficiency.

Humidity Control and Operational Freedom

Guest speaker Orhan Gürson, Manager at GMD+Moskay, focused on one of the most critical factors in indoor climate design: humidity control.

Gürson explained how the dehumidification technology incorporated into the Perseus series enables humidity levels to be controlled without compromising energy efficiency.

He highlighted the important contribution precise humidity control makes to indoor comfort and the greater operational freedom it provides designers during the planning stage.

A “Safe Harbour” for the Industry

Closing the evening, İmbat General Manager Nuriye Gümrükcüler emphasised that İmbat bases its performance not on claims, but on internationally recognised and verified data.

Inviting the industry to what she described as a “safe harbour,” Gümrükcüler highlighted İmbat’s commitment to reliability, transparency and measurable engineering performance.

By combining the strength of Turkish manufacturing with globally recognised standards, the launch created a new reference point for sustainable, technically advanced HVAC projects.
