A Portable Revolution in HVAC: İmbat Orion

Designed to meet today’s dynamic operational requirements, the İmbat Orion Portable Air Conditioning Unit (PACU)is redefining commercial climate control. Developed to provide easy transportation, rapid installation and reliable comfort, this mobile packaged unit can automatically provide both heating and cooling without the need for an additional HVAC system.

Designed around a true plug-and-play principle, Orion can be up and running within minutes, requiring only an electrical connection and the installation of flexible air ducts. This significantly reduces commissioning time and enables users to respond quickly to changing climate-control requirements.

One of Orion’s most distinctive advantages is the exceptional flexibility it offers in logistics. Consisting of three different series, the product family features a compact design and a robust structure suitable for repeated installation and dismantling. Depending on the series, 10 to 12 units can be transported on a single truck, helping to significantly reduce transportation costs.

Thanks to its reinforced portable frame, the units can easily be positioned on site using a forklift, crane or truck. In confined spaces, they can even be moved with a pallet truck, providing maximum operational flexibility.

Reliable Performance in Extreme Conditions

Orion delivers uncompromising performance even under challenging environmental conditions. With airflow capacities ranging from 2,250 m³/h to 8,000 m³/h and cooling capacities from 25 kW to 50 kW, it is suitable for a wide variety of applications.

Designed for continuous year-round operation, the unit can operate reliably with 100% fresh air between -15°C and +42°C outdoor temperatures.

In addition to advanced thermal and acoustic insulation, Orion is equipped as standard with 25 mm or 50 mm double-skin sandwich panels and A1-class rock wool insulation, providing enhanced fire safety, durability and acoustic performance.

Efficiency by Design

Developed with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind, Orion combines a high-efficiency scroll compressor with EC fan technology to minimise energy consumption.

Its standard Heat Pump functionality allows the unit to provide both heating and cooling. An optional Rotary Heat Recovery Module further improves efficiency by recovering energy from exhaust air, helping reduce operating costs.

Reinforced impact-resistant panels and a dedicated protective grille for the outdoor condenser ensure reliable operation and a long service life, even in demanding event and field conditions.

Comfort Wherever It Is Needed

Orion is suitable for an exceptionally broad range of applications, from temporary event spaces such as tents, exhibitions, concerts and seminars to factories requiring additional cooling or heating capacity during peak loads and emergency backup following equipment failure.

It also provides a strategic solution for historic buildings with limited HVAC capacity, delivering effective climate control without requiring permanent modifications to the building.

Easy to monitor and manage through smart automation systems, Orion makes reliable comfort available wherever and whenever it is needed.
