Imbat PCA Units are designed to climatize parked aircraft with 100% fresh air, ensuring passenger comfort and operational efficiency. Equipped with G4 and F7 two-stage filtration, they deliver hygienically filtered air to the cabin at pressures up to 10,000 Pa.
The units can supply air temperatures as low as 1 °C even when outdoor temperatures reach 35 °C. Standard features include an operator control panel, cabin temperature and humidity sensor, drainage pump, and Modbus communication for easy integration with building management systems and remote monitoring. High-performance centrifugal plug fans ensure efficient air distribution even under demanding conditions & Inverter compressors provide precise cooling and heating control with high energy efficiency.
With a multi-modular cooling structure and independent refrigeration circuits, Imbat PCA units ensure redundancy and uninterrupted operation. Available in 2, 3, or 4-module configurations, they offer flexible airflow capacity, easy maintenance, and reliable performance for busy airport environments.


Standard Features
The PCA units deliver fresh air at an external static pressure of up to 10,000 Pa, ensuring reliable and efficient air distribution to parked aircraft. This capability makes the system ideal for applications requiring high-pressure performance, such as long ducting systems in airport operations.
Inverter compressor technology enables precise variable capacity control by adjusting compressor speed to real-time load conditions. This improves temperature stability, increases energy efficiency, and reduces operating costs while enhancing long-term reliability.
Positioned on the suction line, the accumulator prevents liquid refrigerant from entering the compressor, enhancing both safety and durability. This protection extends the compressor’s lifespan and ensures stable, reliable operation of the system.
The advanced control system ensures precise temperature regulation within a tolerance of ±2 °C and humidity control within ±5 %. This is essential for maintaining optimal conditions and avoiding issues such as overheating, data loss, or oxidation in sensitive environments.
This unit provides a user-friendly interface that enables easy monitoring and management of the system’s status and settings. With graphical displays, real-time data such as system performance, temperature, and humidity can be monitored.
The PCA units include a built-in drainage pump for effective condensate management. This ensures uninterrupted operation by preventing water buildup, even in high-humidity conditions.
Imbat systems use R-410A and R-454B refrigerants in compliance with European F-gas regulations. This enables high-performance cooling while meeting global environmental standards and reducing environmental impact.
Scroll compressors of Imbat provide high energy efficiency and reliable performance with fewer moving parts, which reduces maintenance needs. Their durability make them ideal for mobile applications, ensuring consistent and efficient temperature control.
The user-friendly LCD display and wired remote control provide intuitive operation and monitoring, enabling precise adjustments and enhancing overall user experience. This setup allows technicians to diagnose issues and fine-tune settings easily, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
Low and high-pressure switches provide added protection by monitoring refrigerant pressure levels, preventing potential damage and ensuring safe operation.
